Brutal is a recipe book by Marc Ribas, chef at the tv shows “Cuines” and “Joc de cartes” on TV3. This recipe book is inspired by the chef’s personality, who has a “rock’n’roll” character. The book receives this title because it is an adjective widely used by the cook. To give emphasis and meaning to the word, I expanded the title to be as “brutal” as possible.
